Erick has some race experience having done a few dozen races over his cycling career, but would rather focus on MTB advocacy and family biking over getting fast enough to compete. His oldest son Colin's racing career started in the early days of MISCA when he was regularly on the podium in the under 10 category until he gave up racing to focus on soccer for a few years.
